Refund policy
any return and refund requests purchased through third party drop shippers will be evaluated and managed on a case by case basis. I make no guarantees. If returns or replacements are possible in said instance, please be patient. It is always my goal to go above and beyond for customers, but I may be at the mercy of a third party's return/exhange policy. Please be patient and I will alwyas try to make things equal and fair in the end.
Anything sold/shipped by matthewcranefineart directly is considered all-sales-final. If unforseen complications occur during the shipping process, I will do what I can to make things fair for everyone involved, but I make no guarantees.
If original pieces are damaged in shipping, and sufficient photographic proof is submitted, then adjustments can be made to terms on a case by case basis.
These strict terms are to prevent fraud. I am a fair and just human being and business person, and will always do all that I can (within reason) to ensure that customers are fully satisfied with their purchases.
